Job Description

Leads the design of user interfaces and experiences through research, prototyping, and strategy.

As our Senior UI/UX and Product Designer, you'll be the driving force behind our product’s user experience and interface design. You will blend your design expertise with product knowledge to create intuitive, engaging, and high-performing designs that delight our users and drive product growth.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

1. User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
2. Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that support our product roadmap and business goals.
3. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
4. UI Design: Design user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across all platforms.
5. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on design solutions.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
7. Performance Analysis: Track design metrics and user feedback to measure the impact of design changes and make data-driven decisions.
8. Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to keep our design strategy current and innovative.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

1. Proven experience in UI/UX design and product design for digital products, especially SaaS.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and innovative user interfaces.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
4. Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data analysis.
5. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. A deep understanding of design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
8. A passion for creating seamless and effective user experiences.
