This position is a remote, work from home, but will need to live in St. Louis area.

In this role, you will:

This position will require a highly motivated individual with a customer-centric attitude, to be responsible for maintaining a customer base, developing new markets and obtaining new business.

• Plans, manages, and executes effective sales strategies to hit or exceed territory growth and revenue expectations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current clients and act as the first point of contact to troubleshoot the needs of the client.
• Collaborate with internal departments including sales, lab, IT, marketing and billing.
• Administrative responsibilities include timely territory pipeline and revenue projections, expense reports, and CRM utilization.
• Ability to multitask, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision-making skills.
• Organizational agility.
• Ability to travel to adequately cover the territory including overnight stays, trade shows, plus other meetings.

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years
• Previous outside Sales or Service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.

Bonus points if you’ve got:

• 2 – 5 years of outside Sales or Service experience in the medical field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing
