As a Professional System Engineer, you'll be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions and defining solutions to problems through reasoned application of information technology.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Designs, develops, documents, and analyzes overall architecture of systems, including hardware and software.Determines integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs.Coordinates design and integration of total system including subsystems.Researches and recommends technology to improve the current systems.Supports technical initiatives normally as part of a larger project.Works on development of new technologies or maintenance of existing technologies.Exchanges complex technical information and provides training and guidance to others in work area by breaking down information in a systematic and logical manner.Design, build, and present Data transformation solutions, systems, and applications to address customer needs. This will be tailored to projects related to the Telecommunications industry with specific functional components like:Billing, sales, finance, network, inventory, customer profiling, marketing, etc.Need snowflake technical expertise by understanding business challenges and architecting Data warehouse solutions powered using Snowflake to address them. Leverage expertise in Snowflake's Data Cloud and the latest advancements in data migration and customized solutions to build POCs and prototypes that demonstrate value to clients. Learn and leverage the latest Snowflake public release features in our CDO Snowflake Team to collaborate on creating leading edge demos, PoC's, and advanced industry solutions. Stay updated on the latest advancements in data platform technologies and all the rapidly evolving Data, and snowflake Native Apps capabilities, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into CDO customer solutions. Work closely with User Migration team, solution architects, and data managers to drive technical solutioning and develop complex Snowflake powered data solutions into business impact. Requirements:Minimum 3 years of Snowflake development experience in Data Engineering and architecting, building, and demonstrating data solutions for cloud base data warehouses.Experience integrating Snowflake solutions with the major cloud platforms and leveraging their pre-built capabilities. Experience with Snowflake, Azure cloud, reference architectures and Building PoCs. Experienced in data engineering frameworks, Azure cloud, python/JAVA/Scala, Azure SQL Server and Data bricks (Apache Spark).Experience working with Data engineers, Architects, and operation engineers. Ability to identify and articulate the business value of data powered technologies to stakeholders. Required Skills: Snowflake, Azure, Python, Strong experience with ETL for large-scale data warehouses, excellent communication skills.Our Senior System Engineering, earn between $116,700 - $196,100.
