Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, individualized instruction and support to students with special needs through teletherapy.
Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive virtual learning experience.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet each student's unique learning goals.
Monitor and report on students' progress, ensuring all educational objectives are met.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, with experience in Special Education.
Master's degree in Special Education or experience teaching students with special needs preferred.
Valid Teaching Certification for the state of Oregon (required).
Prior experience in virtual teaching (preferred but not required).

Technical Requirements:

Comfortable working as an independent contractor.
Reliable home computer with a high-speed internet connection.
Ability to pass a basic technology screening to ensure readiness for virtual instruction.

Salary: $ 46,000.00 61,000.00 Per Year
