Job Description

• Lead the planning and implementation projects using methodologies such as SCRUM, KANBAN etc.
• Fostering an effective and productive working environment and guiding others to understand scrum values, principles, and practices.
• Facilitates scrum ceremonies and enables others on the scrum team to also facilitate these ceremonies Ensures thorough execution of all scrum ceremonies following industry best practices.
• Works with Product Owner to define minimal valuable product and/or prioritizes backlog to maximize value.
• Ensure performance indicators (velocity, satisfaction, team commitment, deadline) are understood and respected by the team members during each sprint.

• 4-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, enhancing business understanding of Agile values and principles.
• 5+ years of payer healthcare experience.
• Good Knowledge of Interoperability - HL7 V2.X, CCDA, FHIR, EDI X12, EMR
• Must have good Leadership Skills for this role.
• Good experience of writing user stories.
• Experience working closely with software development teams, understanding technical requirements.
• Should be able to demonstrate the continuous improvement of processes.
• Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (Kanban/Scrum).
• hands-on technical background, preferably experience of writing code, etc.
• Good understanding of healthcare payer domain.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
