Blue Mountain is seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Lead to own our digital marketing efforts and drive growth for our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. This role includes overseeing various aspects of our marketing strategy, including content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead the strategy and implementation of Generative AI (Gen AI) to enhance our marketing efforts, particularly in generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Working with the Head of Marketing and Demand Generation Manager, develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize ROI.
• Content Management:
  • Manage the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging and high-quality content across various digital channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce visual and written content that aligns with brand messaging.
• SEO/SEM Management:
  • Lead SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and other paid search initiatives to ensure optimal performance.
• Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Email Marketing:
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.

Gen AI Strategy & Implementation:

• Gen AI Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement a Generative AI strategy to enhance digital marketing efforts, focusing on automation, personalization, and lead generation.
• AI-Driven Content Creation:
  • Utilize Generative AI tools to create personalized content for different segments of the target audience, including blog posts, email copy, and social media content.
• AI-Powered Lead Generation:
  • Leverage Gen AI to analyze customer data and generate targeted sales leads with personalized messaging.
  • Implement AI-driven chatbots on the website and social media platforms to engage with potential customers in real-time, capturing and nurturing leads.
• AI Analytics & Optimization:
  • Use AI-powered analytics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize them for better lead conversion.
  • Continuously explore and integrate new AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and enhance marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field o=is preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies and their application in marketing.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a creative and strategic mindset.
• Location: Philadelphia, Mid-Atlantic, or Raleigh preferred, Remote
