Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) needed in Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ

Pinetop-Lakeside is known for its outdoor recreation, cool summers, and small-town charm. It offers year-round activities like hiking, fishing, and skiing, surrounded by the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest and scenic lakes. The area is also rich in Native American culture and a popular mountain retreat.

Salary and Benefits:

• The pay is $19 - $25+ (based on experience and certification)

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in a clinic-based environment.
• Assigned 2 clients per day, rotating
• Accept and implement feedback from supervising BCBAs and supervisors.
• Follow and execute treatment plans in a fun and child-friendly manner.
• Use software for daily data recording and timesheet management (training provided).
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients.
• Seek additional training and feedback from Lead RBTs and BCBAs.
• Maintain professionalism with clients, families, supervisors, and coworkers.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings.
• Perform daily cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician Relias training course before your first day (we provide this course).
• Experience working with individuals with autism or other disabilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma (HS Diploma or GED).
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and be physically active (including sitting on the floor).
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (you can apply even if you don’t have one yet).
• Must live in Arizona or have immediate plans to move here.
