Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience working on Department of Defense (DoD) projects to join their team. This role requires leadership skills, a strong background in managing $25M+ projects, and the ability to oversee multiple project engineers and subcontractors. The Project Manager will report directly to the VP of Construction for the Virginia and East Region.

The Project Manager - Department of Defense (DoD) Projects will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead owner meetings and develop contracts for subcontractors
  • Oversee scheduling and project progress
  • Manage a team of Project Engineers on-site
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Coordinate all aspects of the renovation project, from design to completion

Profile

The Project Manager - Department of Defense (DoD) Projects will have:

  • 5+ years of experience on DoD projects, including experience with $25M+ projects
  • Background in military projects such as barracks, federal offices, warehouses, and US Army Corps of Engineers projects
  • Familiarity with Procore, AutoDesk, and CMIC software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities

Job Offer

The Project Manager - Department of Defense (DoD) Projects will receive:

  • Salary of $130k - $165k based on experience
  • $500 per month vehicle allowance
  • Annual bonus potential
  • 401k 4% match
