Job Description
We are a leader in predictive demand intelligence, transforming AI-powered demand planning to help businesses eliminate blind spots caused by demand fluctuations from external events. Our mission is to empower companies to predict the unpredictable by providing actionable insights that enable them to optimize inventory, staffing, pricing, and marketing strategies around real-time local events. We specialize in turning complex event data into clear, actionable intelligence, helping businesses make smarter decisions.
What We Do
We cover a wide range of event categories, from conferences and concerts to unexpected events like severe weather or transportation delays. Using advanced AI and machine learning, our platform continuously learns from past events to deliver accurate and timely predictions. Our solutions provide businesses with the tools they need to anticipate demand fluctuations, allowing them to adjust resource allocation, improve forecasting, and seize new growth opportunities.
We work with some of the world's largest companies across industries such as retail, hospitality, and transportation, helping them leverage data to drive smarter business outcomes. With a strong commitment to innovation and collaboration, we foster an environment where our team can grow and thrive, both personally and professionally.
About the Role

You'll guide both technical and business stakeholders on how to best utilize our platform, uncovering new opportunities for them to grow. Your deep knowledge of demand forecasting, combined with your customer success expertise, will enable you to create lasting, value-driven relationships with clients across industries like hospitality, retail, and consumer goods.
What You'll Do
