$16-$20/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

As a Pharmacy Call Center Agent, your tasks will include:

Managing phone inquiries, updating patient records, and providing information on services and medication status

Enrolling mail-order patients, educating them on pharmacy services, and processing/forwarding patient refill requests

May lead staff by overseeing schedules, training, and audits, along with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

Pharmacy Assistant state registration within 60 days of employment

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required (level 9 for bilingual differential pay)

Knowledge of medical billing and terminology preferred

Effective communication and customer relations skills, conflict resolution abilities, and teamwork proficiency

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, multitasking capabilities, attention to detail, and basic 10-key proficiency

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Drug testing: This position requires testing for controlled substances before employment, and you will also be subject to further testing throughout your employment.
