We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of two residential properties in Astoria, Oregon —a 60-unit and a 30-unit complex. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collections, resident relations, and office administration.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day property management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to uphold a high standard of service.

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player with at least 2-3 years of experience in property management.
• Proficiency in property management software— AppFolio experience is a plus!
• Strong skills in marketing and resident retention to keep occupancy high and residents happy.
• Solid understanding of financial management related to property operations.
• A positive, proactive attitude and proven leadership abilities .

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of property management experience, with a solid understanding of property operations.
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening .

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, with on-call availability as needed.
