Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Oversee general office organization, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Manage office supplies, ordering new stock when necessary, and maintaining inventory
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors or service providers

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in managing calendars and scheduling meetings or appointments when necessary
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed

Communication:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Communicating effectively with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in office software
  • Previous experience in office management or an administrative support type role preferred
  • Must be extremely organized
  • Individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
