This is a temporary position for less than 6 months.

Position Highlights:

Temporary posltion for approximately 6 months.
Gain valuable experience with multiple areas of expertise: Phlebotomy, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Hematology, Chemistry, and Serology
Do you like working with people? The position has direct patient contact in the hospital and clinic with adults, pediatrics and geriatrics.

Job Summary

Responsible for expeditious and accurate performance of routine clinical laboratory tests and basic clinical laboratory functions.

Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree (or higher) in MLT required upon hire

Certification, Licensure, Registration

Certification as Medical Laboratory Technician from the ASCP or AMT required within 12 months of hire.

Work Schedule

Varied Shifts, 80 hours every 2 weeks:
- Occasional weekend
- Occasional holiday
- Temporary position for approximately 6 months

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$22.00 - $31.75 per hour
