Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for the medical device industry? We're looking for a Clinical Sales Representative to oversee, maintain, and grow a territory of accounts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Oversee and grow your territory, establishing and analyzing sales performance and growth opportunities.
  • Distributor Support: Manage and support distributor representatives and accounts, providing training and evaluating performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Attend surgeries to support the OR team, offer exceptional customer service, and address any concerns or product returns.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research, manage post-marketing surveillance, and stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
  • Sales & Administration: Input sales orders, maintain customer files, send quotes, and complete administrative paperwork timely.

Qualifications:

  • Relationship Building: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Sales Success: Proven track record in medical device sales, particularly in neurosurgery and neurology markets.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to think critically and solve complex problems independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Organizational Skills: Proficient in multitasking and managing multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Or equivalent sales experience required.
  • Sales Experience: 5 years of sales or clinical experience, with preferred experience in the neurosurgery and/or neurology markets.

Travel Requirement:

  • Domestic Travel: 50 – 70%
