As a member of the marketing team, you'll assist the marketing manager with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. Responsibilities Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: •Collaborate with the management team to define marketing goals and objectives
•Conduct market research to identify target demographics, industry trends, and competitors' activities
•Develop comprehensive marketing plans, including digital and traditional advertising, promotional campaigns, events, networking, and prospecting
Brand Management: •Maintain a strong brand presence in the roofing industry, focusing on multi-family projects
•Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, including website content, social media platforms, brochures, and presentations
•Monitor and manage online reputation and customer reviews, responding promptly to feedback or inquiries
Digital Marketing: •Manage the company's digital marketing efforts, including website content updates, SEO optimization, email marketing campaigns, and social media channels
•Develop engaging and relevant content for blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media platforms
•Curate and create content including short/long-form posts, images and videos (creative captions, editing, storytelling, etc.)
•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Collateral Development: •Create and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and proposal templates
•Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality visuals and compelling messaging for use at trade shows/networking events
Lead Generation and Conversion: •Implement lead generation strategies to identify and cultivate potential clients for multi-family roofing projects
•Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows
•Assist the sales team in tracking leads, analyzing conversion rates, and optimizing the sales funnel
Event Coordination: •Plan and coordinate industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
•Manage logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up
Relationship Building: •Cultivate relationships with property managers, contractors, and industry professionals to generate referrals and build strategic partnerships
•Attend networking events and industry conferences to stay updated on market trends and forge connections
•Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries
•Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
•Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
•Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
•Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand
Qualifications The person most likely to succeed in this position will possess: •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
•Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, preferably in the construction or roofing industry
•Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics
•Proficiency in graphic design software and content management systems is a plus
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
•2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment
•Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
•Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
•4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required
•Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
