W3Global is looking for a qualified LPN -Licensed Practical Nurse - $35-$37-Full Time - Night shift

Employment Type -Full time

Pay -$35 -$37

Shift - 11p-7a

Years Experience: 1 - 3 years

The client is specialized in caring for those diagnosed with memory impairment in a unique setting. The facility is among the highest rated memory care facility in MA and in the country. We are a super-star community rated by Caring.com.

Positions are open fortnight shifts with weekend rotations available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' health requirements.
• Administer medications.
• Monitor vital signs.
• Interact with patients.
• Work closely with healthcare providers.
• Record advancements.
• Stay informed about industry standards.
• Carry out additional nursing responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized nursing program with an active MA RN or LPN nursing license.
• Preferably 1 year of experience, but new graduate nurses will also be considered with previous background in the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of working effectively with other healthcare team members.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
