What We're Looking For

We are looking for positive and self-driven Loan Officers to join our team. The Loan Officer is an integral part of Gapital's standard.


In this role, you will originate loans and demonstratethrough phenomenal customer experiencewhy Gapital is the best option on the market for customers and referral partners. As a Gapital LO, you are provided with industry-elite technology and an incredible sales technology stack to ensure your success.

To be amazing in this position, you'll need excellent time management, precise verbal and written communication and the ability to learn quickly.

What You Will Be Doing

• Prospect and manage Referral accounts . Prospect and convert new referral accounts, such as Realtors. Service them to ensure they have a great experience and are utilizing Gapital's tools and systems and are engaged in our culture.
• Lead Generation and Conversion . Convert purchase and refinance leads to loans.
• Originate loans . Take loan applications, review documents, quote rates, lock loans, calculate income and review credit to ensure a customer is qualified for a mortgage loan.
• Manage customer database . Maintaining an active and clean lead and client database and generating new business from current and past clients.
• Customer experience . Make sure the client has a 5 star experience throughout the transaction.
