*Qualifications:*
* Active RN license in the state of employment.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an ICU setting, with proven experience in critical care.
* BLS certification and ACLS certification required.
* PCCN certification preferred.
* Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
