At Camino ENT Clinic, we are seeking a dispenser who provides excellent service to our older pediatric and adult patients. Our terrific new team member will work independently to provide counseling, patient assessments, hearing tests, fittings of hearing aids, and follow-up appointments. Plus! Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations for older pediatric and adult patients.
• Make recommendations for rehabilitative services, evaluate and fit hearing aids, and dispense assistive listening devices to ensure a successful hearing journey.
• Execute a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education.
• Establish rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Work 3 days a week at our Hellyer clinic and 2 days at Samaritan (flexible).
• Our offices are less the 15 minutes apart from each other.

Qualifications:

• Hearing Aid Dispenser licensure as required by California state law.
• Experience working with several hearing aid manufacturer software and device offerings.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor population. This includes listening, sales, and problem-solving skills.
