Position Summary In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing services, medication administration, staffing, resident assessments, and care conferences. You will also ensure compliance with regulations, maintain an attractive environment for residents, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Supervise nursing services, including ADLs and medication administration Assist in hiring and orienting clinical associates Monitor and schedule staffing Conduct resident assessments and care conferences Ensure compliance with regulations Participate in quality improvement initiatives Perform electronic health record audits Perform other duties as assigned Position Requirements Education : Bachelor's degree in Nursing Licenses/Certifications : Active Nurse license & current CPR certification Experience : 2+ years of clinical experience/leadership in Assisted Living/ Memory Support Skills & Abilities : Knowledge of nursing practices, strong communication and leadership skills, proficiency in electronic health records Franciscan Ministries
