Job Details

Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school, admission to the state bar, and excellent academic credentials
  • Bar Membership in good standing (required)
  • Command of the rules of evidence and first chair experience
  • Exceptional advocacy, legal research, and analytical skills
  • Minimum of four years in family law litigation with successful case outcomes
  • Strong leadership and case management skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple cases, deadlines, and client demands
  • Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy
  • Foster collaboration, excellence, and professionalism
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage time effectively and plan and organize efficiently
  • Demonstrate emotional maturity and accountability
  • Deliver high-quality legal services to clients
  • Represent clients in complex family law litigation, including divorce, child custody, support, property division, and prenuptial agreements
Schedule:

Full time
  • Monday-Friday
