Job Details

The ideal candidate for the Family Law Attorney position will have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
3. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
4. Extensive knowledge of family law, divorce law, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
9. Proven track record of success in family law.
10. Proficient in legal research software and case management systems.
