About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Creative Director to join their global team. This role is pivotal in driving the creative vision, nurturing excellence, and shaping big decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new industry standards in brand experience design, ensuring a reputation for innovative and high-quality work, and leading a culture of creativity and collaboration. As an ECD, you will be the go-to creative partner for clients, providing executive-level guidance, and leading the creative strategy for business development and pitches. Client relations and business growth are also key aspects of the role, requiring the cultivation of robust relationships and the ability to align creative solutions with client objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a creative leadership role, a robust portfolio of successful and award-winning campaigns, and a deep understanding of brand, digital, and the latest creative and tech trends. They should be self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable, with strong leadership qualities and a strategic mindset. The role demands a leader who can inspire and motivate a diverse team, is an excellent problem solver, and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. While not mandatory, experience in the automotive and production industry is highly desired. The Executive Creative Director will also be expected to contribute to the company's brand presence and perception, both internally and externally, and to work on-site for a few days each week.
