About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Creative Director with a proven track record in translating marketing and communications strategies into compelling creative concepts. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for bringing the brand to life across various platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia. This role demands an individual with exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in audience segmentation, and a talent for storytelling. The Executive Creative Director will lead and manage a diverse creative team, ensuring high-quality output, and will be the driving force behind the development of innovative and impactful materials. Collaboration with the MarCom leadership team, University Relations, and external partners is essential to ensure that the creative work aligns with the brand's architecture and effectively grows the company's brand awareness. Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' experience in design, brand development, and multimedia leadership. The role requires extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of creative production, from concept to execution, and a deep understanding of marketing trends and modern technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, a critical eye for detail, and the ability to balance business objectives with user needs. A proven track record of building and leading high-performing creative teams, as well as experience in magazine production, social media content creation, and working with external agencies, is highly valued. The Executive Creative Director will also be expected to stay ahead of creative and technical trends, constantly innovating to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
