Description As an Event Marketing Assistant you will be at the forefront of promoting our brand and engaging with potential customers at various events. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and promotions while contributing to the success of our events. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, including trade shows, product launches, and community outreach programs. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies and promotional materials. Represent our brand positively and enthusiastically at events, ensuring a memorable experience for attendees. Engage with event participants, distribute promotional materials, and communicate key messages effectively. Interact with event attendees to generate interest in our products or services. Answer questions, provide information, and address inquiries to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Assist in setting up event booths, displays, and promotional areas. Ensure all promotional materials and signage are properly displayed and organized. Collect customer feedback and data during events to gain insights into consumer preferences and interests. Compile reports and provide feedback to the marketing team for continuous improvement. Work closely with team members to coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with colleagues and provide support as needed to achieve event objectives. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
