Job Description

The Entry Level Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of events aimed at promoting the brand and engaging customers. You will work with the events and marketing teams to ensure smooth logistics, effective communication, and successful event outcomes.

Salary range:

$1150 - $1350 /week

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination of marketing events, promotions, and campaigns.
• Support the team in event planning, including venue arrangements, vendor management, and scheduling.
• Communicate with event attendees, clients, and vendors to ensure a seamless experience.
• Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with schedules and marketing strategies.
• Collect feedback and analyze event performance for continuous improvement.
• Help with event setup, teardown, and any on-site troubleshooting.
• Provide administrative support, such as tracking budgets, maintaining files, and updating records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or event management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events
