We are seeking a Document Controller in the Mortgage Companies industry, based in PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, providing vital support to the Closing/Settlement department by preparing and reviewing closing packages.

Responsibilities:
• Handle the preparation and review of closing packages for the Settlement department
• Utilize various accounting software systems for efficient task completion
• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam Revu for document control and management
• Carry out auditing and accounting functions as required
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Use ADP - Financial Services for financial management tasks
• Ensure all accounting functions are conducted in compliance with company policies
• Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain accurate records
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required
• Understand and adhere to all budget processes within the department.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Mortgage industry.
  • Must be personable, positive and a professional representative of the Company.
  • Regular consistent attendance is required, that could include attendance at after hour Company events.
  • Ability to accept supervision.
  • Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships.
  • Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person.
  • Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
