Position : Director of Restaurant Operations
Location : Hybrid Remote – Primarily remote, with one in-office day per week (NY, NY)
Reports To : CEO
Salary : $70,000–$90,000/year + Performance Bonuses

Our Hospitality Division focuses on acquiring and optimizing a portfolio of thriving restaurant operations. We are dedicated to creating operational excellence, empowering teams, and driving profitability. To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Restaurant Operations to lead and scale our restaurant portfolio.
The Director of Restaurant Operations will oversee the operations of all restaurant locations within FT95’s hospitality division, ensuring smooth transitions for acquisitions, driving efficiency, and building a culture of excellence across the portfolio. This person will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day restaurant operations, identifying inefficiencies, and designing a unified system of operations for the entire portfolio. While our new office is built, this is temporarily a hybrid role, primarily remote with one in-office day per week for strategic team collaboration.
