WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A COMMERCIAL LOAN REVIEW ANALYST
As a Full Time Commercial Loan Review Analyst at One Community Bank, you will play a pivotal role in managing and evaluating our diverse commercial loan portfolio. This position involves conducting independent reviews across four defined loan segments, meticulously analyzing financial statements, cash flow, and collateral to ensure compliance with the Bank's policies. Your expertise will help identify both strengths and weaknesses within the credits, supporting effective risk management strategies. Engaging in stress testing and reviewing complex C&I and CRE loans, you will provide crucial insights to the VP Loan Review and Loan Officers.
Additionally, your mentorship will aid less experienced colleagues, enhancing the overall team proficiency. Your contributions will directly influence the Bank's credit performance and strategic decisions, making this a dynamic and rewarding opportunity within a forward-thinking organization.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
To excel as a full time Commercial Loan Review Analyst at One Community Bank, candidates must bring a minimum of three years of experience in commercial credit analysis or internal audit. Proficiency in Windows-based applications and advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential for effective analysis and reporting. A solid understanding of bank lending policies and loan documentation is crucial, ensuring compliance and accuracy within the loan review process. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills will empower you to identify trends and anomalies that may impact loan performance. Applicants should live in the state of Wisconsin.
