Location: Work From Home (Remote - Based in FL)

• FL Residents: W2 Position
• Outside FL: 1099 Contract Position

Job Type: Part-Time, 35 hours/week

Compensation: $17/hr + $100/sale

• Paid breaks and lunch included

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 150 outbound cold calls daily to business owners.
• Achieve a minimum of 2 hours of talk time per day.
• Set at least 3 qualified appointments per week.
• Contribute to overall sales by securing contracts through appointments.
• Maintain resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and staying focused on targets.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cold calling or is required.
• Strong work ethic and “grit” to handle a high volume of calls daily.
• Persistence and resilience are a must—this role requires staying motivated and determined.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business owners effectively.
• Familiarity with government contracts is a plus but not required.
