Summary/Objective:
Our multi-site Company is well established and growing! We have a full support staff, and the schedule is Monday-Friday. The location is flourishing while still having room for high growth. There is a very strong commission plan in place so a sincere and detailed clinician can earn $100K+. Base salary is negotiable for the right candidate PLUS up to $7,500 sign on, relocation assistance and retention bonuses. **candidates must be licensed to dispense hearing aids**
Essential Job Functions:
The purpose of the Hearing Instrument Specialist is to provide hearing health care services of the highest quality to exceed external and internal customer expectation and to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the medical office operations.
Manages the audiology function/department on a day-to-day basis, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, work methods and standards practice.
