Farmers Insurance is looking for driven, sales-focused individuals to join our team as Agents in Training, with a clear path to agency ownership. In this role, youll gain comprehensive sales training, industry knowledge, and hands-on experience while receiving one-on-one mentorship from successful insurance professionals. Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Sales: Sell a range of insurance productshome, auto, life, and commercial coverageto new and existing clients.
  • Agency Operations: Work closely with the agency owner to gain insights into client management, sales strategies, and business growth.
  • Client Assistance: Support clients with policy questions, updates, and claims, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Agency Growth: Drive the agencys expansion by identifying new business opportunities, generating referrals, and developing sales leads.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends, products, and client needs through ongoing learning.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and mentorship to enhance skills in sales and agency management.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
