工作职责

• 负责海外市场的售后服务管理，制定售后服务流程及规范，建立并维护客户档案和信息数据库
• Responsible for after-sales service management in overseas markets, formulate after-sales service processes and specifications, establish and maintain customer files and information databases
• 懂快递配送体系，能够通过区域自配送提升用户体验
• Understand the express distribution system and be able to improve the user
• experience through regional self-distribution
• 对客户反馈的问题做好记录与及时反馈，参与售后体系建设、流程的优化，管理海外经销商及售后网点
• Make records and timely feedback on customer feedback, participate in the construction of after-sales system, optimize the process, and manage overseas dealers and after-sales outlets
• 组织培训相关售后服务人员，提升其服务技能，确保售后服务质量不断提升
• Organize and train relevant after-sales service personnel, improve their service skills, and ensure that the quality of after-sales service continues to improve
• 资源拉通、协调，与海外区域技术人员和总部等密切配合，快速制定维修方案
• Pull through and coordinate resources, and cooperate closely with overseas regional technical personnel and headquarters to quickly formulate maintenance plans

任职资格

• 5年以上海外跨境电商后服务工作实践经验，有维修经验者优先考虑；
• More than 5 years of practical experience in overseas cross-border e-commerce post-service work, maintenance experience is preferred;
• 有良好的客户服务意识及沟通协调能力；
• Have a good sense of customer service and communication and coordination skills;
• 有海外分销商资源优先。
• Overseas distributor resources are preferred
