Job Responsibilities as an Automotive Billing Clerk:

• Break down deals to ensure all bank required documents are filled out according to compliance/funding process.
• Send completed deals to bank for funding.
• Verify funds have been collected; Post funds accordingly.
• Reconcile assigned accounts/schedules.
• Post sales, finance, and detail gross daily.
• Pay toll bills and other miscellaneous bills monthly.
• Maintain weekly driver log.
• Take daily deposits to the bank.
• Remit warranty products at time of funding.
• Post monthly reserve statements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the auto industry preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Dealertrack and dealership accounting/account reconciliation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Qualified candidates must stay on top of State/County regulations regarding DMV title processing requirements.
