Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Finance and Accounting Tutor / Career Coach to join our team.

• This role involves providing high-quality tutoring in finance and accounting subjects, as well as career coaching to individuals aiming to enter or advance in these fields.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial and accounting principles, experience in a teaching or tutoring role, and the ability to effectively coach individuals towards achieving their career goals.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and group tutoring sessions in finance and accounting topics to students and professionals of various skill levels.
• Design and implement engaging and effective educational materials and lesson plans.
• Provide career coaching, including resume review, interview preparation, and strategic career planning.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends to ensure relevant and up-to-date advice and information.
• Evaluate progress and provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their proficiency and meet their career objectives.
• Collaborate with educational staff to enhance tutoring and coaching programs.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or coaching is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) would be an advantage.
• Ability to inspire and motivate learners with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
